1.   Users must abide by the rules set by Genesis. In case of violation, Genesis has the right to terminate the users’ access right to any or all of the services provided by Genesis at any time, and the fee already paid will not be refunded.

2.   Without the permission of Genesis, users are not allowed to place or store any items, notices or unauthorized advertising materials in the piano studio (the “Studio”).

​

3.   Smoking or eating is not allowed in the Studio. In case of violation, Genesis reserves the right to recover any cleaning costs from the users or terminate the users’ access right to the Studio at any time.

​

4.   Please take off your shoes before entering the Studio.

​

5.   Without the permission of Genesis, users should avoid moving the equipment provided in the Studio.

​

6.   If any of the facilities is damaged, destroyed or lost during the stay, the users must compensate Genesis for the loss at the purchase price.

​

7.   Users shall not use or permit to use the Studio for any purposes other than music practice and/or those specified by Genesis.

​

8.   All activities conducted by the users in the Studio must comply with Hong Kong laws and regulations.

​

9.   If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the day of booking, users may change the booking, subject to reservation availability, without paying extra cost. The amended booking date is valid for 1 month from the original booking date.

​

10. Users must avoid causing unacceptable noise nuisance to the others when playing musical instruments. In case of violation, Genesis reserves the right to terminate the users’ access right to the Studio at any time.

​

11. Genesis reserves the right to make the final decision on all applications for renting the Studio. Genesis is also not required to explain its refusal to rent out the Studio.

​

12. Users must be responsible for the personal safety of the invited users or those attending in other capacities.

​

13. Users must look after their personal belongings. Genesis will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

​

14. Genesis assumes no responsibility for any civil or criminal liability or compensation caused by any person's casualties/losses arising from renting the Studio.

​

15. Users must always be fully responsible for any litigation, claims or requests arising from their negligence that causes death, injury, loss or damage to any person(s) who makes an indemnity against Genesis.

​

16. The above rules are subject to change and will be amended from time to time without notice.

​

17. In case of dispute, the decision of Genesis shall be final.
