How to make a booking?

​

Simply click "Book Now" above and select the service you like. After payment (Credit card / PAYME / FPS / Bank Transfer are accepted), you will receive booking confirmation through Whatsapp.

How to  amend or cancel booking?

​

You may amend your booking 48 hours before the scheduled date without any additional charges incurred.  Under extreme weather condition (Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued) or when the studio is closed due to security reason, you may cancel or amend your scheduled booking without any additional charges incurred.

Any restrictions on number of participants for using the piano studio?

​

Yes, 4 persons for Room 36/54  and 3 persons for Room 34. The person who makes the booking must present in the studio during the session.

How to apply for locker rental?

​

You can select this service through the online booking system (Alternatively, you may refer to the contact information below and message the administrator directly). After payment, administrator will contact you through Whatsapp for further arrangement. A deposit of HKD 100 will be required (You will get a full refund after returning the locker key). Please note that the locker availability will be served on a first-come-first serve basis.

How to contact us if I lost or left behind my personal belongings?

Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange retrieval. Lost items found in the studio will be kept for one month.

Can I wear shoes inside the piano studio?

No. All visitors must remove their shoes and place them outside the studio to maintain hygiene. A cleaning fee of HKD 300 will be charged for any violation.
