1. What is Zentangle, and where does it originate?
Zentangle is a creative method that combines art and mindfulness, originating in the United States in the 20th century.
The basic concept of Zentangle is to create artwork by drawing simple lines and patterns repeatedly. These patterns are usually abstract and unplanned, allowing for free and spontaneous combinations. The process encourages a meditative state, helping participants relax and experience the calming effects of drawing.
2. Is Zentangle related to any religion?
