1. No Refunds for Non-Defective Items
All product sizes, specifications, and descriptions are clearly stated on each product page.
As such, items that are:

Not suitable for the customer’s intended use

Or simply no longer wanted
are not eligible for refunds or store credit, provided there is no manufacturing defect.
2. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We may consider exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to the following conditions:

Item is returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Sample Sale”, or “No Returns / No Exchanges” are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
5. Agreement to Policy
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
